What a cute accessible little home. It is away from the busy part of 30a but so easy to walk, bike or ride the golf cart right to the beach access. You walk in and the cozy fireplace for the cool nights is perfect. 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms and so clean. Everything we needed and more!!! Sat on the back porch and drank coffee, hopped on a bike and went to get coffee. SO enjoyed the amenities! ♥️ The huge shower and dual shower heads may have been my favorite!!! We also loved having a golf cart right there!! We will be back, great hosts!

Great little house! Clean, comfortable, and offering just the right amount of space. The back deck was lovely, opening out into a peaceful wooded area. We appreciated the options for bicycle riding and the use of the golf cart—perfect for that classic 30A vibe. The property’s seclusion made for a wonderfully relaxing stay, while still giving us easy access to everything along 30A. And a special bonus: the three deer that welcomed us when we arrived!

Loved staying at Luke's place. It looks practically brand new. I appreciated the free golf carts and bikes, wish we had more time to use them. Also loved the double shower and electric fireplace. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone coming to the 30a area.
